At DAMA Couture, we want you to feel confident in your choice. If your selected piece is not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Log into your account or visit our return portal to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the exchange or refund.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 7-10 business days.
